WORKING DOG TRAINING
🐾 Puppy Starter Class (4–8 months)
Our Puppy Starter Class is a stand-alone course designed especially for young working breed puppies aged 4–8 months. This class focuses on building confidence, engagement, basic obedience, and early stock exposure in a calm, positive environment. It’s the perfect introduction for puppies before they progress into our working dog training pathways.

🐕 Foundation Class
Our Foundation Class is the starting point for dogs and handlers with little to no experience in working dog training. This class introduces the basics of stock work, handling skills, positioning, pressure, balance, and confidence around sheep. It is the equivalent of our previous “Intro to Working Dog Training” class and creates a strong base for future progression.
🔁 Development Class
The Development Class is designed to bridge the gap between Foundation and Performance levels. This class allows more time working stock while still receiving close guidance from James. It is ideal for dogs that understand the basics and are ready to build consistency, control, and confidence before moving into higher-level training.

🏆 Performance Class
Our Performance Class is for dogs and handlers who already have solid experience in working dog training. These sessions focus on refining skills, increasing stock control, advanced manoeuvres, trial-style work, and real-world performance. This class is the equivalent of our previous Group Training sessions.
👤 1:1 Private Training Sessions
Our 1:1 sessions are fully tailored to you and your dog’s individual needs and goals. These private lessons are ideal for troubleshooting specific challenges, fast-tracking progress, or working on advanced skills at your own pace with direct support and feedback throughout the session.

🐑 DIY Training Sessions
Our DIY Training Sessions give experienced handlers access to sheep and facilities to train independently. Owners work their own dogs without a trainer present, making this a great option for extra practice or maintaining consistency between coached sessions. Sheep are rotated between bookings to ensure quality stock for all users.
Private Group Bookings
Perfect for clubs, community groups, or friends wanting to train together, our private group sessions cater for 8–20 handlers and their dogs. No prior working dog experience is required — James will guide everyone through the fundamentals in a supportive, hands-on environment. These sessions are ideal for breed groups, social meet-ups or teams wanting a tailored training experience with plenty of time on stock. Subject to availability.
