Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at shimmydowns@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll get back to you with return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as requested.

Please Note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll sort it out quickly!
