• Private lessons cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

• Group classes must be paid at the time of booking. Cancellations notified within 48 hours will be eligible for a refund or credit.

• Merchandise refunds or returns are available in accordance with our Returns Policy.

4. Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during training sessions for use in our marketing or social media.

• We will only post images of you or your dog if you have provided prior consent via our waiver or booking forms.

• You may withdraw this consent at any time in writing.
